Two flexible mats that change shape depending on what you need. Laid out flat, each is a baking mat, an oven liner or a food mat. Snap the four corner buttons together and the same mat becomes a shallow tray with raised sides, which goes into the oven as it is.
That is what makes it useful for anything that releases fat or liquid: the juices from a roast, the grease from a tray of pastries, the oil that runs off a pizza. Everything is caught in the tray instead of running off the edge onto the oven floor.
