Four spoon-shaped spatulas, each moulded as a single piece from handle to tip. That construction is the whole argument for them: there is no join where the head meets the handle, which is where a two-part spatula separates in the sink and where old batter collects unseen.
Quantity: 4.
Length: 8 in each.
Material: food-grade silicone.
Heat resistance: up to 450 F.
The flex is judged for scraping rather than stirring alone: the tip gives enough to follow the curve of a bowl and take the last of a cake mix off the side, while the body stays stiff enough to work through something as dense as bread dough without folding over.
They double as cooking spoons in a hot pan and will not scratch a coated surface. Dishwasher safe, and they rinse clean without holding a greasy film.
