Nine inches of thin, bristled wire for the one part of a reusable cup that never gets properly clean: the inside of the straw, and the crevice under the lid where it seats.
Tightly packed nylon filaments run the full length, so the brush is in contact with the tube wall the whole way through and lifts the film that builds up from milk, juice and coffee. The bristles are held in a rust-proof stainless steel core that can be bent to an angle and straightened again, which is how it gets round the bend at the top of a tumbler straw.
Length: 9 in.
Bristles: dense nylon, soft enough not to scratch.
Core: flexible stainless steel.
Handle: hooked, so it hangs to dry.
Washable and made to be used again, rather than a disposable pipe cleaner that goes in the bin after a week.
